Group Fitness

Michelle believes that developing a strong, healthy relationship with exercise and movement is a key piece to a lifetime of both mental and physical wellness. Her vast experience ranges from summer camps to colleges, from retirement communities to four of Asheville’s top fitness studios.

Michelle has instructed group fitness classes since 1992, and has been a personal trainer, coach and given sports nutrition lectures. Currently, she utilizes her experience by creating individualized fitness and exercise routines for her clients.
